I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well prepared. A special thank you to Ms. Rewan at Reception, who was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made our arrival very pleasant and helped us with everything we needed. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Lee, the Front Office Manager, for his excellent assistance with our booking and for arranging such a beautiful room for us. His professionalism and hospitality really made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I’m very happy with my experience and would be delighted to stay here again!
